Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the conditions below are met.
Eligible Returns

Products must be returned in their original packaging

Items should be unused or lightly tested

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Opened perfumes may be eligible for a refund only if there is a valid reason, such as:

damaged product

manufacturing defect
Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both the customer and our brand.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds may not be granted for:

products with excessive use

items returned after 30 days

products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

refunds will be issued using the original payment method, when possible
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our physical locations, refunds or exchanges are handled directly in store, in accordance with this policy.
